Sidewalk Project Street Party!

🚧 Exciting news for Fremont Street! 🚧

🧱 Thanks to nearly $88,000 in grant funding from the City of Des Moines, Polk County, and Prairie Meadows, our historic brick sidewalks on the 1300 block of Fremont street are restored!

🎉 To celebrate this investment, please join us for a street party on Sunday, Sept. 7, from 12–2 p.m. Capitol Park Neighbors will grill burgers and hot dogs, and we'll have games from the city's party pod. Food, fun, and community — all on our brand new sidewalks! Come join us!
