Open Drum Circle @ Unity

Join us for an Open Drum Circle at “The Unity Center of Des Moines”
No experience needed, just bring a drum.. noise maker or shaker and join in.
Drum circles are very meditative and Soul nourishing. Allows you to dismiss the worry’s and merge into Sound.
Kiddos are welcome too! We have plenty extra drums and shakers if you don’t have one. So feel free to come and bring the family.
