Open Drum Circle @ Unity
Join us for our indoor Drum Circle at Unity Center of Des Moines.
Bring a Drum, Shaker or noise maker whether you play or not. You can find a ryhtmn and join in. Feeling the heart beat of The earth through the drums is a meditative practice and allows you to feel aligned and included.

We are by Donation to pay for the space.
All is welcome. Family friendly.
We have extra drums and shakers as well.
