Group Guided Drum Journey~

Join us on this journey into the “Middle World”. As we explore the Sacred Tree that may offer some guidance for the “Here and Now” messages may come through that you’ve e been to busy to receive. Healing may occur when we take time to relax and reset the body in the present moment.
These are guided meditation using the Frame Drums as we walk along side of you painting a picture the mind can explore.

We will be located in the Sanctuary at “The Unity Center of Des Moines”

This is $20 suggested Donation

Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket for comfort if needed. And a friend 🌻
