Every Saturday evening, Table 128 presents a one-night-only Chef’s Tasting Menu—a three-course dinner with optional wine pairings. These menus are crafted weekly by Chef Lynn Pritchard and the Table 128 team to reflect the season, and they are never repeated.
This Saturday, September 13, the menu includes:
• Lamb Wontons — ground American lamb, garlic, scallion, cumin, wonton skins, house chili oil, soy, sesame
• Seared Ahi Tuna — with cabbage and pepper slaw, chili dressing, caramelized goat’s milk sauce
• Apple Tarte Tatin — caramelized apples, puff pastry, cinnamon ice cream
