Welcome to the 7th Annual post-Turkey Day Dipsos Blowout! This year’s edition features plenty of guitars courtesy of a diverse array of rock bands, and we’re sending the profits to our friends at The B.Well Foundation.
Host Dipsos was a Des Moines based 4 and sometimes 5-piece rock band that played around central Iowa c. 1989-91. Raw and loud, bloozy and boozy, Marshalls and Gibsons were and are the deal. We've reconvened in recent autumns to throw this party.
Raucous trio the Other Brothers is one of Des Moines' most sizzling bands. The sound is a modern take on 70’s rock and roll; bottom heavy bass, big drums, howling harmonicas and red hot guitar. Songs about love and life on the open road, throttle wide open, are sure to shake your hips and put a smile on your face.
Just a few years into their arrival to the Des Moines scene, young hard rockers Soulcage have already proved their mettle with numerous shows across the Midwest, and heated up stages for the likes of Jackyl, Blacktop Mojo, Earshot and many more. Their high-octane set will close out our night in style.
And although first band 10 Watt Robot is also relatively new, the respective band members have a legacy of Midwest rock and roll provenance including key roles in, amongst others, Movable Feast, Squidboy, SuperVolt, and Why Make Clocks. Perhaps most notably, singer/guitarist Mike Sangster was a founding member and songwriter of two Iowa stalwarts: The Hollowmen (Pravda Records), and Head Candy (Link Records & MTV video artists). 6pm doors 7pm 10 Watt Robot 8pm Dipsos 9pm The Other Brothers 10pm Soulcage

Please note that the Reserved Table Add-On does not include a general admission ticket; each person must have their own general admission ticket for entry.
