2025 White Boot Gala benefiting the Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program

The 2025 White Boot Gala, hosted by the Barataria-Terrebonne Estuary Foundation, will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 6 pm to 9 pm at Spahr’s Seafood in Des Allemands! The event directly benefits the Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary Program (BTNEP), with all proceeds going toward our mission to protect and restore the Barataria-Terrebonne National Estuary — a 4.2-million-acre expanse located between the Mississippi and Atchafalaya Rivers that includes all or part of 16 parishes. Despite its large footprint, the Estuary is eroding at an alarming rate and is part of the fastest disappearing landmass on Earth. Our unique way of life and one-of-a-kind people, wildlife, and culture are in danger of disappearing too. Our home is worth protecting and restoring, and we need your help.

The White Boot Gala offers attendees a custom off-menu dining experience from Spahr’s Seafood, live Cajun music, a silent auction, raffle, and door prize drawing, and this year, we’ll be introducing new experiences for our guests!
