Yoga Happy Hour w/ Katy @ Cask and Vine

Looking for a fun change of pace? Join Katy and Live Free Yoga for a playful yoga flow at Cask and Vine, Derry’s favorite neighborhood craft beer spot! We’ll roll out our mats and stretch it out to some feel-good 90’s classics that’ll have you singing along. The yoga flow will be accessible for all levels, just something to get you moving and grooving. Bring a friend and make it a party! After class enjoy a beer of your choice (or swap for a mixed drink for a small extra charge) and toast to good vibes and new friends! $30 (including beer)
