introducing, track workout tuesdays! join us on tuesdays at Griffin Park for track workouts in addition to our classic fun runs on Thursdays. we’ll be keeping this rhythm until the daylight tells us to slow it down. 🌅✨

this workout is open to ALL runners, whether you intend to do a few easy loops or knock out some threshold intervals. if you’re not sure where to start, we’ve got you covered! each week we’ll have some suggested workouts to help you get started or try something new.
