Join us at Dereham Leisure Centre for a huge community fitness event featuring two incredible races, designed for first-timers, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between.

��� Sprint Triathlon
• 300m pool swim
• 21km bike
• 5km run
Finish your race by running straight through the centre of the Health Fair, surrounded by friends, family, and supporters cheering you home.

� Dereham 5K Run
A flat and fast 5k perfect for chasing a PB or taking on your first race.
Start at the football ground, run one lap of the field, head down Norwich Road, and finish through the Health Fair in front of your loved ones.

Training for an event keeps you focused, honest with yourself, and motivated in the gym. Whether this is your first race or your next challenge, this is your moment to commit.
