Yin Workshop

A fully relaxing and restorative experience in the warm pod hosted by the lovely Katie.

Be guided through a wonderfully deep and slow sequence of postures to open up the body, building up a real sense of calm and stillness.

Open to all abilities, whether you have been to the pod before or you're completely new to yoga.
