The King Stone Workshop - A Grounding & Relaxation Creative Session

Inspired by The King Stone, this guided creative workshop offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, ground, and reconnect. Led by trained Art Therapist Dani Bello, the session combines gentle grounding practices with creative expression to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and wellbeing.

Participants will create a personal grounding stone — a tactile object designed to support calm and presence — while exploring creativity as a way to settle the nervous system and reconnect with the body. The workshop encourages reflection and self-connection without pressure to share or explain experiences.

Suitable for adults and young people, this session is designed to feel accessible, inclusive, and safe. No previous art experience is required.
