Sound Healing Hearts are excited to be at Mind Body Wisdom EXPO at The Derby Conference Centre.
These sessions are designed to calm the nervous system balance energy and open space for inner clarity and renewal. The session will be started by a 15‑minute chat introducing my approach to Sound Healing and HeartHealing; a gentle heart‑centred modality focusing on releasing emotional trauma and reconnecting with your inner peace. Then I’ll guide you into calm restorative frequencies using healing instruments to show you the power of connecting with YOU and your HEART.
