The first week is 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 so you get to see if it is for you, and then if you want to continue with the remaining 8 weeks of the course, the cost of £80 is payable upfront to secure your space. This cost includes a Pilates ball for you to use at home.
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿?
This course is for you if you are totally new to Pilates, or if you have done Pilates before, but not for a while. There will be options provided to make each exercise easier or harder depending on how you are feeling. There is no pressure to do anything that isn't right for you, and I encourage you to listen to your body and rest if you need to, so don't worry in the slightest about "not being able to do it".
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?
This is mat Pilates, so the majority of the exercises will be floor based. It is contemporary/ modern Pilates - which means we will not just stick rigidly to the original 34 exercises designed by Joseph Pilates.

Class recordings are sent out every week so if you miss a week, you can catch up from the video at home. Alternatively, after the first couple of weeks you are welcome to come to my intermediate classes on a Tuesday or a Thursday if you can’t make Wednesday.
