Simon is a tech recruiter, career coach, and author with 30 years of experience helping people navigate a fast-changing job market. He has placed over 1,000 professionals into roles across the tech sector and now leads EMBS Group and Four Thirty Two Consulting. His work focuses on helping companies tackle skill shortages and supporting individuals to build strong personal brands that open doors.
Simon lives in Duffield and is a proud dad of four. His children went to Walter Evans and Ecclesbourne. He works closely with local schools as a careers and apprenticeship champion, giving students real-world advice and support to plan their next steps.
