A safe place to share your personal experiences with loss and grief over tea and biscuits.

A Grief Cafe is a safe and supportive space where people can come together to openly discuss death, dying, and all the things that come with it — from fears to reflections and everything in between.
The goal is to help break the taboo surrounding death and allow people to explore their feelings without judgment.

Death is often the subject we shy away from. But when we face it, we find that we can live more fully, more authentically. Come and share this experience with us.
