Bar 189 inaugral running night :D

We have a plan for the first 189 running group next Wednesday, the 17th! 😁

The bar will be open from 5.00pm and the group will set off at 18.09 (sorry for the mix of time formats but it's necessary to plug 189 😁), then be open afterwards for as long as people want to hang around to celebrate the inaugral run 😁

Ideally beforehand or on the day, it would be great if a couple of volunteers would be happy to be a front runner and a back-marker, so the group knows who to look for on the route round.

I'm planning to go round the route myself before next Wednesday and send out a downloadable file for all you who use Strava, Garmin or other such apps.
