Weekly Stretch

This is a great chance to stretch for your health. Stretching once a week or more can improve your Mood, Blood Circulation, Lymph Flow, Digestion and less likely to get a Broken Bone or Sprain. We focus on making stretching easy, so if you are worried you are unable to unable to get to the floor don't worry you can use a chair. We do not judge that you are not a pretzel, none of us are. We all stretch to our own ability. One of the best bonuses about coming to a weekly stretch is that it can help hold yourself accountable. I know for at least myself I find it hard to find time to stop breath and stretch. Coming to the weekly stretch gets me motivated to stretch at least the once a week when I might not otherwise.
