Weekly Stretch

Join us at the Holland Unity Center to stretch out your stress, and keep yourself mobile this winter.

We do stretches that are easy to adjust according to your flexibility. This is to help all of us increase our mobility a little every week. No matter if you consider yourself flexible or not, stretching weekly is beneficial for your heath and mood. Do not be discouraged if you are not a flexible pretzel. We all stretch to what we feel each comfortable and there is no judgment. You can use a chair, stand or use the floor. This is for everyone, men, women, adults, kids, and elders.

We have thick professional gym mats laid out and extra yoga mats that you can use. So you do not need to bring anything but a body.

The Weekly Stretch happens weekly on Saturdays at 9am
We will go from November 15-December 13th
It cost $5 a session, please bring exact amount in cash
The session is led by herbalist Karla B
