Winter Solstice: Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Journey

Join David Schreiner and Lily Stout for a heart-centered Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing experience as we celebrate the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year. A sacred turning point in the cycle of the seasons. As the sun is reborn, we gather to honor the stillness, reflect on the journey behind us, and awaken the light within.

Through a blend of restorative yoga and sound healing with a reflective guided meditation, we’ll create a space for rest, reflection, and realignment. We’ll begin with a gentle, restorative movement practice inspired by the quiet power of winter. Guiding you towards reconnection with you and your breath and body as you release the weight of the year.

Following this, you’ll be guided through a Winter Solstice meditation and sound journey, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to illuminate your inner landscape and awaken clarity from within the darkness. This gathering is an invitation to pause, rest deeply, and connect with your own inner flame. Together, we’ll honor the lessons of the past year, release what no longer serves, and set clear intentions for the light that is returning. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, open to receive.

Mats. bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided. Feel free to bring a journal to write down anything that might come up for you.

*Please arrive on time. Doors will lock at the beginning of the session as to not disturb the group. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to event. There will not be any refunds for late cancellations or no shows.
