Join us for a soothing and calming self care as we let go and let flow with watercolors and calming music as we create in community. This space is a time for trying out different experimental watercolor techniques led by an art therapist, designed to release anything we're holding on to and make space in our lives. We'll create bookmarks, cards, and cut up collage pieces with our abstract watercolors.

Sarah Lovett is a licensed Creative Arts Therapist, LPC, and owner of the creative wellness service .
The last Sunday of every month join art therapist Sarah Lovett, also known as Palette + Stone, for intentional workshops that focus on the nervous system, mindfulness, and creative coping skills
