Sushi-Making Class

Join Chef Karina of ALTO Chef Services for a hands-on sushi-making class paired with wine at Blanchard Wines.

In this interactive workshop, guests will learn the fundamentals of sushi rice preparation, knife skills, and rolling techniques while creating several styles of sushi. Chef Karina will guide the group step by step, focusing on technique, proper handling, and approachable methods that guests can recreate at home.

The experience includes a curated wine flight or two glasses of wine selected by Blanchard Wines, enjoyed throughout the class.
