Step inside Sips (with a Z), Meow Wolf Denver’s otherworldly cocktail lounge, for an unforgettable evening where mixology meets classical mastery. In partnership with the Colorado Symphony, this immersive tasting event brings Beethoven’s revolutionary Symphony No. 3 “Eroica” to life through four themed cocktails inspired by each movement of the piece.
Colorado Symphony musicians will guide guests through a curated journey of sips and sounds, introducing each cocktail with a brief musical insight, followed by a live performance of excerpts from the movement it represents. From bold beginnings to a triumphant finale, you’ll taste and hear the emotional arc of Eroica like never before.
This special collaboration celebrates the Colorado Symphony’s upcoming performances of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 3 on March 6–8, making this the perfect preview for one of the most iconic works ever written.
