Shadow Work: Guided Meditation and Sound Healing Journey

To know our shadows is to know ourselves. By looking into our shadows we can bring them towards the light, and work with them to better our lives. This guided meditation will take you on a visual journey into the underworld, to look at the shadows of our unconscious mind. Through the examination of the shadows that appear, we will learn to honor and understand our shadows. Gongs, drums, singing bowls, and other healing instruments will be used to create a sound immersion, guiding you through the meditation.

*Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided.

*Please arrive on time. Doors will lock at the beginning of class as to not disturb the meditation. No refunds for last minute cancellations, no shows, or late arrivals. Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to the beginning of class.
