Maybe you'll work on something mindless. Maybe you'll work on something mindful. Whatever the case, you'll get a whole bunch done.
The Format
This event consists of four of our Sprint Sessions, back-to-back-to-back-to-back.
When you arrive, we'll have you set a goal for the 45-minute work period. Then you'll settle into our meditative space with a drink and a plan. After 45 minutes, we'll go back to the chalkboard to talk about how you did. And then we'll do it again. And again after that.
Plus: coffee, tea, and light snacks.
Our members "pay" with 2 - 4 hours from their monthly plans (depending on how long they stay). To learn more about memberships, visit our website.
