What to Expect

Class Details

• When: Weekly on Mondays, starting January 5, 2026
• Duration: 6:00 pm -7:00 pm
• Where: 2030 Oneida St, Denver
• Who: Absolute beginners welcome—all ages, all backgrounds, all bodies
• What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, water, and your beautiful energy
