Park Reflections at Sloan's Lake

Join us for an hour of guided journaling hosted by Rachel of Lost and Found Journals. This will be an opportunity to start the day with a positive mindset and connect with yourself, your community, and nature. This event will feature guided prompts, but if you are more interested in a free-writing space, check out our other events this summer!

Guided journaling refers to an event structured around specific prompts relevant to the season.

Free-write refers to a designated hour where you can come and go as you please and write on your own amongst other members of your community.

At all events, there will be:

• Lost and Found Journals for sale
• snacks and drinks

What you need to bring:

• a blanket
• a journal/pen
• a desire to connect with yourself
