Optional Site Walk - GARDI B NE Design

Participants will meet in the lobby of the Airport Office Building located on the 6th floor of the Jeppesen Terminal adjacent to A-Concourse security screening at Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Boulevard, Denver, CO 80249. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled site visit.

The optional site visit is listed with the RFP of the Schedule of Activities. Preregistration is required and must be completed no later than Tuesday, October 14, 2025 aby 12:00 PM Denver Local Time.

All bidders interested in attending this site walk, if not already badged at DEN, must , providing the information detailed below:

• Full legal first and last name

• Date of birth

• Government-issued identification number and state or country of issue including expiration date

• Company or organization

• Telephone number

• Email address

Attendees must present their government-issued picture identification that was used for pre-registration before a visitor’s badge will be issued, no exceptions. Attendees that did not pre-register for the site walk and do not have a DEN badge, will not be allowed on the walk.
