New Years Embodiment Workshop

This workshop is for spiritually curious women who are feeling the pull for clarity as they step into the new year — not just around what they want, but who they are becoming.

Instead of focusing on goals or pressure-filled resolutions, we’ll slow down and tune inward. Together, we’ll explore the different versions of you that live within — the parts of you that are ready to be seen, expressed, and embodied this year.

Through guided practices, you’ll gain insight into which parts of yourself want to take the stage in this next chapter and what aligned next steps feel supportive and true.
