For the month of September, Alex will be sharing Lambada Snacks! These 30 minute classes will break down fundamental lambada structures (the vegetables) and give you a fun variation (the chocolate) to apply to your social dancing. Some snacks we will explore:d

Taught by the Lambada masters - Ariel & Leticia and their students, Iago & Vanessa - these structures are known around the world and have added incredible depth and energy to the dance.
