Hypnotism for Better Orgasms

Hypnotism for Better Orgasms is a guided exploration of how relaxation and mental preparation can heighten your sexual pleasure. In this workshop, we’ll delve into the basics of hypnotism—not for control, but for release. Through breath, voice, and visualization, you'll learn how to enter a trance state that quiets the mind, softens tension in the body, and opens the door to deeper, more connected experiences of pleasure.

Rather than performance or technique, this class centers on presence. We’ll explore how your thoughts, fears, and internal narratives can affect your arousal, and how you can rewrite those scripts through intentional mental rehearsal. Using hypnotic tools, you’ll practice shifting from a state of anxiety or detachment to one of receptivity and pleasure—whether you’re preparing for solo intimacy or partnered connection.

This is a fully clothed, participatory class open to all genders and experience levels. You will not be hypnotized against your will; instead, you’ll learn how to work with your own mind and body. Bring an open mind, a willingness to experiment, and leave with a powerful new tool for accessing more fulfilling orgasms—on your own terms.

About Your Instructor: Adesola Daboiku, certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Restorative Hypnotist, assists her clients healing with therapeutic suggestions (affirmations) tailored to their goal, their way of speaking, and what their subconscious mind needs to feel so that healing/change may occur.
