HH Frost it Like it’s 1989!

About this class:

Swifties! Join us in this beginner cake decorating class while we shake it off to Taylor Swifts old and new tunes in celebration of her new album, The Life of a Showgirl! Enjoy cocktails and mocktails while you frost and embellish your cakes! In this class, owner and Pastry Chef Mayra Garcia, will teach you how to fill and frost a 4” cake. Students will learn various piping techniques to create eclectic designs, topped with Swifty inspired decor.

This is a TS inspired event so come dressed in your favorite sparkly outfit for some spectacular photo opps!

• In-person, step-by-step instruction
• A delicious 4” cake to share with your family and friends
• Cake and buttercream recipes will be emailed within 2 days after the class.

All The Details:

• Age Level: 13+
• Skill Level: Beginner
• Aprons, supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
• We will provide a box to take your cookies home in
• If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
• Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
• Class requires a minimum of 4 students and there is a maximum of 12 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• Class will run approximately 2.5 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.

Meet Your Instructor:

Pastry Chef Mayra Garcia has been designing cakes, cookies, and sweets for as long as she can remember. She has competed on Food Network’s Christmas Cookie Challenge and has been featured on local morning shows. She has a passion for helping others learn the joy and art of cake and cookie decorating and she is thrilled to have an opportunity to share her skills with you!
