Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath to release, relax and reset. All within the loving embrace of community.

In this nurturing session, we will:

🌕 Grounded Journaling or Releasing Intention Setting – Set heartfelt intentions for release🌿 Guided Meditation – Ease into calm and presence, connecting with Earth and inner stillness

🌕 Sound Bath Journey – Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, rattle and more

🌕 Energetic Renewal – Clear stagnant energy, open your heart, and realign with your inner truth

🌕 Integration & Community Connection – Share and reflect in a safe, welcoming space🌕 Nourishment – Close the evening with grounding tea and gentle connection

What to Bring:Please bring a yoga mat, cozy blanket, water, and anything else to help you feel comfortable. Optional: a journal, crystals, or any sacred items meaningful to you. (We have mats available if needed.)
