Free Introductory Ki-Aikido Class

Each class offers a blend of physical challenge and personal growth where you learn practical self-defense techniques while building overall coordination balance and flexibility along with internal skills that apply in daily living.

You’re never alone on this journey. Experienced instructors guide you and fellow students become part of your support network celebrating each other’s progress big or small. Every lesson brings something new keeping things fresh and exciting. Whether you're a beginner or looking to take your skills to the next level the atmosphere is always welcoming and encouraging. By joining you’ll gain a new sense of purpose and leave each class feeling empowered.
