Free Grand Opening Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

David Stevens will open with a brief introduction to Yoga of the Mind. Then join us for a sound bath session in Denver, where we combine the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with toning to create a meditative and transformative experience. This sound bath combines the power of vibrational healing with the energy of the community.

Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and water. We offer chairs, or you can lie back or sit on the floor. We will start with 10 minutes of toning, then you can let go for 45 minutes and allow the vibration from the crystal bowls to surround you. Unwind, recharge, and elevate your vibration with us!
