FBC Denver & Front Range October 2025 Bird Sit and Crafts

Join the Feminist Bird Club Denver & Front Range Chapter for our October bird sit and crafting time at Berekley Lake in Denver!

Where: Meet at the lot near the Smiley Library <-- link to Google Maps

When: Sunday, October 19th from 12PM to 2PM

What to expect: We'll move slowly on a paved trail and grass to a shady area near the water where we will stay put for the duration of the bird sit.

• Bring a picnic blanket, chair, or something you can use to get comfy. We will bring some craft supplies, but feel free to bring your own crafts.
• All are welcome on this outing! No birding experience is needed! We can provide a loaner set of binoculars.
• October weather is variable, so please wear appropriate clothing and bring snacks, water, and sunscreen if you have it.

Accessibility Info: The location includes free parking, wheelchair-accessible paved walkways, bathrooms, and lots of trees for shade.
