Embodied Alignment - An Equinox Prayer

A two-hour ceremonial gathering honoring the Spring Equinox. The gathering will move participants through an ancestral egg limpia, movement, a channeled meditation, sound bath, and reflection. We will release what is ready to be composted and intentionally plant new seeds for the season ahead. This is a space for grounding, spiritual connection, transformation, and reconnecting with your inner soul purpose as you step into the next cycle ✨🌸

Sarai is a certified yoga teacher and sound practitioner whose work is rooted in inner remembrance and collective awakening. Through intentional movement, reflective facilitation, and sound, she creates spacious portals for spiritual connection, resonance, and alignment. Her offerings honor the threads that connect the collective, and the healing that unfolds when we return to ourselves.

Dra. Maria is a clinical psychologist, and channeler in training, who weaves her background in trauma-informed practices, ancestral wisdom, and spiritual essence into spaces for grounding, renewal, and action. Her work centers embodiment, ritual, and the inner compass within us all, inviting people to reconnect with themselves, the earth, and the unseen threads.

Sarai & Maria met at a Women’s Clay and Music retreat,where their souls connected in a dance between light and creation.They co-create spaces that are heart-and-spirit led, gentle, andtransformative.
