Día de Muertos Floral Celebration Class

Students will work with marigolds—the traditional flower of the holiday—to create beautiful floral arrangements and garlands.

In this hands-on session, students will learn how to design festive centerpieces using fresh marigolds and other complimentary blooms. You will also learn how to string the blooms onto fishing line to craft colorful hanging decorations, perfect for altars and celebrations.

Be sure to bring your creativity and a love for culture and flowers!

There is no previous experience needed. All students will need to bring is a willingness to learn and create in an open and collaborative design space. At the end of the class, students will leave with their own handcrafted centerpiece and the confidence to make flower arrangements at home. This two hour experience is truly one-of-a-kind.
