Community Connection Cacao Ceremony

Join us for an intimate heart-opening cacao ceremony designed to help you close out the year with clarity, connection, and intention. We’ll gather in community to drop into meditation, journal, and engage in guided conversations that help you feel seen, supported, and connected.

Together we’ll explore the lessons, blessings, and challenges of the past year, creating space for honest reflection and sharing in a warm, welcoming circle. You’ll be guided through gentle practices that open the heart, regulate the nervous system, and invite deeper presence with yourself and others.

This ceremony includes a powerful release ritual to let go of what you’re ready to leave behind as you step into a new year aligned, grounded, and open.

Come as you are, this is a safe space.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring a mug for cacao, a journal, and a pen.

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided!
