The CAP Management Board Member Boot Camp will provide information on subjects of legal compliance, insurance guidance, high-rise management, budget preparation, annual meetings, and governance policies. This is an event for members of HOA boards that are partnered with CAP as well as others that may be contracted with other management companies. The goal is to help with the understanding of complicated aspects of serving your association effectively. There will be six presentations and you can participate in all or just attend those that interest you. The agenda and schedule will help you choose.
