Settle into the Attic for an evening of peace, breath, and luminous serenity with this candlelit Prana Vinyasa yoga practice. Guided by the rhythmic pulsation of prana, we’ll move through fluid, wave-based sequences that ground the body, soften the mind, and open energetic pathways. Expect slow, intentional flow, nourishing breathwork, and meditative transitions that invite you to reconnect with your inner calm.
Choose your own adventure and continue soaking in the warmth with a sauna session following the practice or retire for the evening.
Come breathe, move, and restore with an offering of presence, spaciousness, and the quiet power of prana in motion.
Daniel is a 200-hour yoga teacher of the prana vinyasa style (Shiva Rae, Devon Sweeney lineage), dedicated practitioner of over three years, and longtime Archipelago community member. Daniel is known for his grounded, calm presence and steady, intentional guidance. His classes blend breath-led movement with mindful embodiment, creating a soothing and connected experience for students of all levels.
In addition to yoga, Daniel can be found DJing, leading hiking adventures, laser tag battles, community cleanups, and photography sessions around Archipelago and the wider Denver community!
