Info: Grab your pen and let's take some time to tune into ourselves. Enjoy a little bit of reflection time with some journal prompts and then it will be time to lay down.

Info: I teach a type of breathing called Circular Breathwork. This technique of conscious controlled breathing is designed to help release trapped emotion and trauma. This 60 minute inner journey of breathing, music, quiet, coaching, resting and recharge. You will be guided through an active breathing session, finishing with an anchoring technique and then a sound bath while you rest.
