Please note: To ensure everyone gets time in the braid chair and space to dance, tickets are sold in 60-minute blocks. Select your slot in the "Add on" section. Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot for check-in!

• The Vibe: The final hype. Grab your braids and your tonics and head straight to the rail for Adventure Club's Throwback Tour at Mission Ballroom starting at 8:00pm.

Fuel your flow with our signature non-alcoholic infusions:

• The Lover’s Mane Tonic: A brain-boosting blend of Lion’s Mane and raw cacao. Think "functional hot chocolate" for peak mental clarity.
• "Chill Out" C🐝D Alipine Berry Latte: Electric purple, steamed to perfection with your favorite alternative milk (or ours: Eclipse)
• The "Euphoria" Matcha: Ceremonial grade matcha meets calming C🐝D and a delicate kiss of lavender syrup.

To keep the vibes high and the fashion fresh, please follow these guidelines for all trade-in items.

• No "Trinkets" or Small Fillers: This is a clothing swap, not a treasure chest. Please leave the plastic rings, stickers, and small party favors at home.
• No "Disposable" Fast Fashion: Avoid bringing low-quality, "single-use" items (like thin, unbranded promotional tees or basic $1 neon headbands).
• No Damaged Goods: If it has permanent stains, "festival dirt" that won't wash out, broken zippers, or rips (that aren't intentional design), it belongs in the bin, not the swap.

• Statement Pieces: Holographic jackets, sequined sets, high-quality mesh, and vintage rave-wear.
• Verified Quality: Items should be in "Like New" or "Gently Loved" condition.
• Clean & Fresh: All items must be laundered before arrival. If it smells like the main stage, we can’t accept it!

The Golden Rule: If you wouldn't be excited to give it to your best friend, don't bring it to the swap!

1. Drop & Score: Our "Vibe Check" team will review your items.
2. Swap Totes: Trade in your gear to receive an official event tote. Anything you can fit in your tote is yours to take home!
3. : Want free Bass Cafe merch? Post a photo of the items you’re dropping off and tag your handle. It lets the person who finds your fit say thanks to earn some exclusive gear!
