29th Annual Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk

The Step Up for Down Syndrome (SUDS) Walk isn’t just Colorado’s largest celebration of our friends with Down syndrome. It is a full day of joy, connection, and inspiration.

Bring the whole family to enjoy breakfast, bounce houses, kids’ games, and face painting before we walk together. Throughout the day, you will also hear inspiring stories from individuals with Down syndrome and their families that remind us why this event matters so much.

At the same time, SUDS is RMDSA’s biggest fundraiser of the year. It is the event that sustains our mission and programs year after year. Your support keeps resources, family programs, community groups, advocacy, and educational opportunities strong for more than 40 years and counting.
