Victim Impact Statements

The arraignment for Peyton is scheduled for October 9th at 1:30 PM in Denton. At this hearing, Jordan’s dad, Jordan’s brother, and I will each be giving our victim impact statements. This will be a very difficult day for our family, as we will be speaking about how losing Jordan has forever changed our lives.

We carry this pain with us every single day, and standing up in court to speak about it will not be easy. Still, it is important for us to make sure Jordan’s voice is heard and that the court understands the depth of our loss.

If you would like to come and support us, and to honor Jordan’s memory alongside us, your presence would mean so much. Having people who loved and cared for him there will give us strength as we face this painful step in the process.
