Independent Author Workshop

This workshop will address the business of bookselling: where the art of writing books meets the commerce of selling them. We will present information from the author's perspective to help you make the best choices for your writing career.

The workshop will:
- Answer the question, "Why is it so hard to get my self-published book onto the shelves of indie bookstores?"
- Increase understanding of the relationship between the various players in the publishing industry,
- Help you make informed decisions about how best to manage your writing careers/business.

Workshop fee is $25 per author. There are a limited number of seats available so sign up early!
