Every Sunday from 2-3:30 p.m. (October 2025)
Tishomingo State Park in Tishomingo
Join the Friends of Tishomingo State Park for a guided hike each Sunday afternoon in October through some of Mississippi’s Best Hiking Trails!
On Sundays in October starting at 2 p.m., meet us for a scenic hike through the park’s rugged beauty and famous rock formations. Trail selection will be based on participant interest, trail conditions, and weather.
Check in before 2:00 PM at the Park Office for parking instructions and trail location.
What to Bring:
✔ Comfortable clothing
✔ Sturdy hiking shoes (for hills and rocky areas)
✔ At least 1 liter of water per person
✔ Bug spray (optional)
✔ Leashed pets are welcome (6 ft. leash required) – please bring clean-up bags!
The guided hike is free with paid park admission.
