Healing in Hard Times

Join Ayanna for a workshop on how to manage difficult emotions and stress related to the current culture climate and or anything you may be navigating that feels overwhelming to the nervous system. Somatic healing movement, sound healing and reiki will be provided. No experience needed. Please bring a mat, water, stuffy or anything else that may make you feel cozy. It’s time to rest.
