2 ancient arts, blending Qi Gong and Yin Yoga to create a blissful relaxation experience to harmonise the body, quieten the mind and enrich the soul.

In this session there is a focus on vibration. Raising our vibration and lifting us up where we belong. In all the tools I bring to these sessions are designed to invite more of our souls energy into body, raise our frequency, know ourselves, and ascend into our divine selves. It’s a process and we can make it super sweet along the way.

By coming together in harmony of our hearts, higher frequencies come through, for shifting, for seeing something in ourselves we did not see before and up leveling up to our next expansion.
