STEAM Lab: The Great Dino Thaw!
Get ready to explore, build, and create! STEAM Lab is a hands-on program where kids dive into fun projects that combine Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Perfect for curious minds who love to tinker and try new things!
In January, we are becoming paleontologists! We’ll be using scientific methods to rescue dinosaur skeletons trapped in solid blocks of ice.
🔬 The Experiment:
The Challenge: How can we melt ice the fastest?
The Tools: We’ll explore the chemical reaction between salt and warm water to see how they work together to break through the ice.
The Discovery: Chip away and thaw your way down to reveal the dino skeleton toy hidden inside!
